Week 13 (Broncos): A Shootout Loss in Denver; On to Pukesburg

Greetings SEMBBers!Despite the 3-9 record, I will admit that the games are entertaining. Furstrating, yes, but entertaining nonetheless. Of course, winning games would make them even more enjoyable. And, yes, there are still areas of concern on both sides of the ball, especially with the Defense continuing to allow big plays every game. But, at the very least, the last five games of this season should prove diverting.  A SHOOTOUT IN DENVER Even though they lost 41-32, the Browns gave us a thrilling game. Winston set a franchise record for passing yards in a game; Jeudy set a personal record for catching yards against his former team; and Bojorquez continues to boom out punts. Unfortunately, two pick-six interceptions, a blown coverage that led to a 92 yard passing TD by Nix and the final pck in the end zone sealed the Browns’ fate. ON TO PUKESBURG The Browns are in Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers. Still butt-hurt after the TNF loss, the Steelers are looking for payback. Crybaby-in-Chief Pickens is also certainly looking for revenge. It will be a hostile crowd, for sure. But, who knows, they pulled it off once and could pull it off again. Kickoff is at 1 pm. I believe Susan will be at the Den to host the viewing. Yes, I know its natinally televised, but isn’t it better to watch the game with your fellow fans and club members?
