Greetings SEMBBers!My thanks go out to the 23 folks that joined us at the Den last week. Unfortunately, the game play and final result left us with a bad, lingering taste.
And the Browns now sit at 1-4. Let’s hope that change comes soon for this team.
I’ll keep this email short. BROWNS IN THE CITY OF ‘BROTHERLY LOVE’
Well, the Brownies are in Philadelphia to take on the 2-2 Eagles. It’s the last of what has turned out to be a brutal three-game road trip for us. The Browns are a bit banged up, with a few key starters not active for the game. This is definately putting Coach’s “Next Man Up” philosophy to the test.
Kickoff is at 1 pm. However, the local Fox affiliate will not be broadcasting the game, deciding instead to show the Cardinals-Packers game. So, stop by the Den and join your fellow club members and fans to watch the game together.
